I was only partially tested it because requires c-cell batteries, which don't have. My goal is to not have anything listed longer than three months. The needle seemed to move freely. I forgot to take pictures when opened it up, but everything inside looked clean with no obvious signs of damaged or corroded components.

The price will reduce each week until it sells. If there is anything other than price preventing you from buying something, please let me know. I purchased this meter at an estate sale and do not know its history. It responded to ac voltage , but read lower than expected 90v vs 110v.
