I m sure it needs some love and its one that's been in my repair queue far too long. I ship via ups or USPS ground. I pack everything to survive any journey. The unit powers on but the pointer deflects to fs no matter what range its set.

The pointer moves smoothly. This is the Heath Schlumberger version of Heath kit I'm-5238 ac voltmeter. I do have several listings for vintage electronic test equipment. Its time to live on someone else bench.

Even when the inputs are shorted as shown. I was going to recap it and check the transistors out but my wife wants me list everything. When powered off the pointer does return to zero effortlessly.
