Please view the photos as it has been labeled by others in past. It did zero out and read although it 105vac on a 115vac line. It is included in this sale. I did not do any other testing of the meter.

I do not have the ground lead. The leather strap is broken off the unit. Due to this meters age and my not knowing its full history I am listing it as for parts. I neglected to take a photo of the rear cover before packing meter.
